Using Moysidis Travel
These terms apply to your use of the website and booking service operated by Moysidis Travel. Read them together with the description, house rules, inclusions, and cancellation policy for your chosen stay or experience. Keep a copy of your booking details. The terms and cancellation policy accepted when you book apply to that reservation.
Your account and booking details
Provide accurate contact details, dates, and guest numbers, and make sure you have permission to book for everyone in your group. Keep your password private and your profile up to date. You are responsible for checking that the accommodation or experience suits your group, including its capacity, accessibility, age requirements, and any participation restrictions stated in the listing.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in euros. Starting prices are a guide; the amount for your trip depends on your dates, room or villa, guest count, and available rates. Review the price breakdown, total, and any exclusions before paying. Each stay reservation covers one room or one entire villa. Tour prices are based on your selected departure and number of guests. Availability can change until your booking is confirmed.
Payment and booking confirmation
Online payment is completed through our payment provider. A reservation is confirmed once payment has been verified and the booking shows as Confirmed in your account. Starting checkout, receiving a payment link, or having a pending card authorisation does not by itself confirm a reservation. An expired or cancelled checkout does not secure availability. Check your account for the latest booking and payment status before trying again.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy shown when you book forms part of your reservation. You can cancel eligible bookings from your account within the stated free cancellation period. Deadlines follow local Greek calendar dates; same-day cancellation is outside the free cancellation window. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your account shows whether a refund is pending or complete, and your bank may take additional time to credit it. After the free cancellation deadline, a refund is not guaranteed, subject to any rights that apply by law.
Changing your plans
Changes to dates, accommodation, or guest numbers depend on availability and may change the price. Check the cancellation terms of your existing booking before making a replacement reservation. Your original reservation remains in place unless it is cancelled. Special requests are passed to the relevant host or operator, but are not guaranteed unless that provider confirms them.
Hosts, operators, and your visit
Moysidis Travel provides the website and booking service. The listed host or tour operator provides the accommodation or experience and is responsible for its descriptions, facilities, availability, safety arrangements, and delivery. Partners must keep their information accurate and comply with applicable requirements. Guests must follow the stated house rules, arrival instructions, meeting times, and reasonable safety guidance, and treat people, property, and the local environment with care. These responsibilities do not remove any obligations Moysidis Travel has under applicable law.
Reviews and fair use
Reviews should relate to your own booking and describe your experience fairly. Do not include another person’s private details, unlawful content, or material you do not have permission to share. You may edit or remove your own review through your account. Do not misuse the website, impersonate another person, attempt to access another account, or interfere with reservations or payments.
Problems during your trip
Raise any problem with your host or tour operator as soon as possible during your stay or activity so they have an opportunity to put it right. You can also email Moysidis Travel at info@moysidistravel.com with your booking reference and a clear description of the issue. Keep your payment records and relevant photographs or correspondence. Any cancellation, alternative arrangement, or refund following a service problem depends on the circumstances, your booking terms, and your legal rights.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including rights relating to services that are not provided as agreed. The general 14-day cooling-off right for online purchases normally does not apply to accommodation and leisure activities booked for specific dates. Your reservation’s cancellation policy and any mandatory legal rights still apply. These terms do not prevent you from seeking assistance from a consumer authority or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
