Accounts and quick sign-in
When you save your details as a new customer during checkout, we create a traveller account so you can manage your reservations. If you choose Google sign-in where available, Google shares your name, verified email address, and a unique account identifier. We use these to create or access your account and remember its connection to Google. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your emails, contacts, or files. Google handles its sign-in service under its own privacy policy. If you book for someone else, the reservation remains in your account and the lead guest’s details are stored with that booking.
Information we collect
Moysidis Travel is responsible for the personal information used to provide this website and booking service. We use information you provide when creating an account, making a reservation, managing a listing, or writing a review. This includes your name, email address, account details, and any phone number or business details you add. Bookings include your travel dates, guest details, requests, price, and payment status. We also use limited connection and activity information to keep accounts secure and prevent misuse. Please only share information about other guests with their permission and avoid unnecessary sensitive details in requests or reviews.
Why we use your information
We use your details to provide your account, arrange and manage reservations, process payments and refunds, and communicate about your account or trip. For partners, we also use them to review applications and manage listings. We process information as needed to provide the services you request, meet applicable legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as protecting accounts, preventing fraud, and resolving disputes. Where a use requires consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.
Who receives your information
The host or tour operator responsible for your booking receives the guest details and requests needed to arrange your visit. Authorised members of our team can access information needed to manage the service. Service providers help us handle payments, communications, and website operations. Information may also need to be disclosed where the law requires it or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Other property owners and tour operators cannot access your booking details.
Payment information
For online payments, you enter card details with our payment provider. Moysidis Travel receives transaction references, amounts, and payment or refund status, rather than your full card number. These records are used to confirm reservations, manage refunds, and maintain payment history. Your payment provider also handles information under its own privacy notice.
Reviews and public content
When you publish a review, its title, comments, scores, travel month, and publication date are visible on the listing alongside your first name and surname initial, where available. Your booking reference and email address are not displayed with the review. You can edit or remove your own review from your account. Listing descriptions and photographs published by partners are also public, so please do not upload private information about guests or other people.
Cookies and saved places
An essential cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Signing out ends that session. If you use Google sign-in, a separate essential cookie protects that sign-in attempt for up to ten minutes and is cleared when you return. Saved places are stored in your browser so your shortlist remains available on the same device. You can remove saved places individually or clear your browser’s site data. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and account features from working. Moysidis Travel does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers.
Security and retention
Access to account and booking information is restricted to the people who need it for the service. Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices. Account information and booking history are retained to support your account and reservations. Payment, booking, and related records may need to remain available after a trip for accounting, legal obligations, refunds, and disputes; the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements determine how long they are needed. Sign-in sessions expire after 14 days, while saved places remain in your browser until removed.
Your choices and rights
You can update your name and phone number, change your password, view bookings, and manage your own reviews in your account. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you also have rights to access and correct your personal data, request erasure or restriction, object to certain processing, and receive a portable copy of data. These rights are subject to legal conditions; for example, some booking and payment records may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or handle a claim. You have the right to complain to a data protection authority, including the authority in the country where you live or work.

This notice may change as our services or legal obligations change. The privacy notice published on this page explains how we handle personal information. Any material change that requires further information or consent will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.
