To make a reservation you can contact us by phone or visit our offices or send us an email with the reservation you wish to make. Be sure to give us, in addition to the names of the passengers, your email address and a contact phone number.

To cancel a reservation you must contact us by phone during business hours and days, according to our office hours.

You can amend your booking without charge as long as it is not subject to cancellation clauses at the time of the amendment.

The prices listed in the catalogs and on our website refer to bookings made exclusively by Moysidis Travel or partner agencies.

Payments are accepted by bank deposit, credit card charge or direct payment to our offices. When making your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required and the payment is made no later than one week before the start of the trip or the service offered. For airline and ferry releases or general bookings subject to special cancellation conditions, please contact our office representatives.

ONLINE PAYMENTS WITH THE PAYMENT LINK SERVICE

Make the payment for your reservation through ALPHA BANK’s Payment Link service. Upon completion of your reservation we will send you the payment link, where you can use your credit or debit card. The service is supported for all credit and debit cards at no charge.

The services of our office are governed by different cancellation terms depending on their type and what they include (hotel, air tickets, etc.). In any case, you can be informed by the representatives of our office about the cancellation conditions that apply to the reservation you chose to make.

The reservations you make with Moysidis Travel are paid exclusively at our offices, in the ways mentioned above.

There are no hidden charges. All our programs detail the cost of excursions and services, what they include, as well as what is optional.
