Visit the Gaia Winery, learn about the winemaking process and the Santorini’s distinctive terroir and experience the versatility of the predominant local grape Assyrtiko by tasting 4 top-rated wines of Gaia produced the island, under a pergola by the beach. Gaia’s winery is located in a refurbished old tomato factory dating in early 20th century.
Avantis Winery Dedicated exclusively to Santorinian wines, it reveals the magnificence of the volcanic microclimate from the native grape varieties. Also, you will have the opportunity to taste a 4plates Lunch menu that is in perfect harmony with each of the wines, so that the combination of wine and food will travel the senses, resulting in a gastronomic balance.
